Our Foundry

Our commitment to our customers goes far beyond the foundry, core room, inspection area and shipping docks.

We offer conventional squeezer molding, as well as our state-of-the-art Roberts Sinto FBO II Automatic Molding Machine. Our core rooms produce shell, hot box and cold box cores. Our pattern shop sources can provide CNC patterns, mounted patterns and match plates, as well as iron or aluminum core boxes. Every casting in every shipment is thoroughly inspected by our Quality Assurance Department, for the highest level of quality possible.

As a jobbing foundry, our priority is in meeting our customers' highest requirements for quality, precision and reliability with:

  • CNC pattern availability.
  • A full line of non-ferrous quality sand castings in various alloys of brass and bronze, including non-leaded alloys.
